great vest realy helped me in the feald,the mag pouches fit almost any mags.i managed to fit two R700 mags in the one pouch.the shoulder plate is exelant for intermediate sniper but i still like it! The vest will ajust to everyone and anyone,not to sure about XXL though< all in all a great vest *****
