This watch is virtually identical in appearance to the watches used by American troops in Vietnam during the 1960s and 1970s.The original US Military Issue models used plastic. This MWC version is made in metal, whilst managing to retain the same feel as the original but with greatly improved durability along with all the benefits that a metal case and modern accurate movement provide.
