When organising your Bushcraft weekend, it is essential to pack the correct clothing. Bushcraft clothing should keep you both warm and dry. We recommend a good quality base layer followed by hard wearing outer clothing such as Cargo or combat trousers, which are both strong and fast drying. A pair of sturdy boots and a waterproof jacket will also protect you from the elements.
Plastic bags or better still waterproof dry bags will help keep your kit dry, they are also great for keeping some dry tinder for those all important Bushcraft fires.
A good selection of tools as well as a Bushcraft knife will be required in order to make your shelter.
