It’s easy to open a tin of baked beans and sausages, but so much better if you have a handful of quick, easy and tasty recipes to call upon.

No matter what your cooking level you will have much more satisfaction in cooking a meal created with your own hands.

For me Ray Mears is the best exponent of Bushcraft skills. His television series have done much to educate people and popularise interest in the outdoors, bushcraft and the skills of indigenous peoples.
